Have added a place-holder page for Martijn Groen's utility. Would someone be able to add the files and round off?

Incidently - has  anyone looked into how this works yet?

It would be interesting if it was possible to at least hack a 64 or 42 character mode into it, especially if the original code using RST 16 for printing?
