Richard Gadd has made a fixed version with a patched MasterDOS so it works with just 1Mb in slot 1.

It has also been converted to work on B-DOS with just 512Kb and if external memory is detected it uses custom written "helper" code to handle the copying of files between external and internal memory entirely from BASIC.

Since the original release of the fixed version, there is now an updated version where the "helper" code has been rewritten. It is now less than half the size and executes from external memory so no longer requires a spare internal page of memory (for temporary storage) hence the copying of data is now more than twice as fast.
