Description
Multi-platform Disc/Tape magazine for SAM Coupé and ZX Spectrum.
Was originally produced on tape and Microdrive (Until Outlet 64) and from Issue 4 disk formats for the PlusD/Disciple and from Issue 23 the ZX Spectrum +3. Opus Discover versions were also available.
The SAM version of Outlet ran from Issue 33 (May 1990) through to 65 (January 1993) after financial issues (see Outlet 64) and lack of contributions (see Outlet 65) forced them to abandon it.
Interests in SAM Outlet were taken over by Fred Publishing in February 1993 from Fred 30 and merged into Fred thus Outlet magazine for the Sam Coupé stopped.
Outlet for the ZX Spectrum continued to issue 148 in December 1999.
