Welcome to SAM PACK 2a - a great new value-for-money compilation of software titles from Revelation - the software division of SAM Computers. This pack features several recent games along with the SAM Coupé Arcade Development System.
BATZ 'N BALLS: A brand new version of an arcade classic. Wipe out all the bricks on each level, collect the bonuses, avoid the pitfalls and destroy the nasties in order to survive. Beware. The nasties can fight back. 150 levels of mayhem and addictiveness from David Gommeren (Lord Insanity). Graphics by Martin van Spanje, music by Rob Mies.
STAR ATLAS: Your guide to the heavens, courtesy of Derek Koselo. His first SAM release contains charts detailing not only the positions of the constellations in the night sky, but also technical information on the stars themselves.
VEGETABLE VACATION: The trials and tribulations of a tomato(?) who, about to depart on his holiday, finds that he is missing vital items which are scattered around the house. Avoid the obstacles in his path and collect the vials of fuel that he needs to get him to his destination. Frenetic fun from Andrei, Darren and the guys at Fission-Soft.
SCADS: This excellent piece of software from Glenco, two years in the making, comes complete with a fully comprehensive (and large) manual. It allows arcade-style games to be written using Glenco's imaginative enhancements to SAM BASIC. An invaluable tool for games program development. (SCADS is included in a separate package.)
