Description
HDMI interface for the SAM Coupé.
Plugging into the Euroconnector expansion port it offers HDMI video output.
Uses the RGBtoHDMI board and a Raspberry Pi Zero with a custom PCB.
Features:
- Comes pre-configured for SAM Coupé colour settings
- Micro-HDMI output (converter or cable required)
- Analogue sound pass through via a 3.5mm stereo jack
- Can be powered internally from SAM or via USB through the Pi (jumper selectable)
- Custom case with printed vinyl logo
- 50Hz compatible output for perfect motion and no tearing
- Very low latency (<4ms)
- Fully tweakable via on screen menu
HDMI Audio
There are two choices for audio:
- Natively via the RGB2HDMI Audio add-on board
- Using 3rd Party adapters that can insert audio into an existing HDMI signal such as the Monoprice 113347 Blackbird, the Kramer FC-69 or using an HDMI-to-DVI cable, the Kramer FC-49.
