How many SAM luminaries went on to greater things, and who fell by the wayside? It would be interesting to see a ‘where are they now, and what are they doing’ section for all the ex-SAM programmers, artists, producers, fanzine editors, Etc.
There already is a “Where are they now?” box in the person/company pages. But there aren’t a lot of pages yet; it would be interesting if someone “in the know” could fill us in!
PS. At the time of writing, two people have voted “Something else” but only one has said what. Don’t keep me in the dark!
what would happen if in machine code you chose to change one palette colour maybe cycle paper 0 colour thru as many colours as possible? how many colours could it display during a single scan line please? can you turn one pixel on or off anywhere on the line?
anyone write a +d 128k snapshot to sam converter please! when can the VL1772 be used to read hidensity drics? arent there enough tracks and secotr for nearly 50MB of data why isnt ms dos format discs available - would this make atom read the entire compact flash card as a single directory pc suite for the +d was converted to sam alsobut makes 720KB discs not hi density ones
