And i only hold the Coding Converstion rights to the Sam Coupe Version.

This reads that copyright

This reads that copyright has been granted by Chris for the conversions but DMA/Domark still hold the copyright for the released game and so unless DMA/Domark have agreed to release them then copyright cannot be granted?
